I just flashed all 3 prada modem files and after rebooting my redmi 4 shows no sim cards ?? Whats the solution for this now??

I enjoy your expertise on xiaomi devices..now my redmi 5+ has seriius network problem,i can barely use mobile data yet carrier has very good network. APN settings ok. I realise even network signal fluctuates. Its a MEE7 version ,i flashed global rom now updated OTA to global stable 9,5.3.0. It had a fake rom 9.2.0.2. How can you help me fix and enjoy it?? Thanks
