I have a Chinese Redmi note 4x 4/64 mtk on rom 8.2.2, how can I downgrade it to rom 8.1.2 tl be able to convert it to global, actually the English in China version is very poor and most apps are oriented to China in chinese lang.

I am going crazy trying to get this to work. I’ve tried many times but no luck with MTK version bought in China this week from xiaomi with Stable China ROM 8.2.2
PC Suite doesnt recognise the phone but instead an error message appears in Chinese saying that it doesn’t sipport Android 6.
Has anyone managed to find a procedure for this version of the Redmi Note 4X phone?

This tutorial was written for Snapdragon device. Not sure if it’s work on MTK, my guess it won’t work, since some steps could be different.
