Permission is different from Xiaomi account i.d which is a must.

Yeap, this method works without acquired unlock permission. But it only works on above listed ROM versions and for some reasons it might not work. Unfortunately we don’t know the exact pattern.

I tried to follow this method but I cant use the “Mi Unlock” program without signing in with a account with permission.
