Global Stable ROM 8.5.4.0 for Xiaomi Mi Max 2

This is a first release of Global ROM, so no change-log is available, but you can check the official thread on MIUI forum right here.

Global ROM is created and developer for the users outside of China and come without Chinese apps, but have inbuilt Google Applications. Also there’s a lot of available languages, including Russian and Ukrainian.
