]]> Hi, guys! Recently we’ve made a post about few just released custom ROMs for Xiaomi Redmi 4X. Here’s a tutorial on how to fix WiFi not working issue on Redmi 4X with custom ROM installed. Follow this guide if Redmi 4X MAC address is missing “-02 00 00 00 00 00” and you can’t turn WiFi on.

How to fix WiFi on Redmi 4X Custom ROM

  1. Open ES Explorer and go to “System” > “etc” > “wifi”;
  2. Copy WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini
  3. Now go to “data” > “misc” > “wifi”;
  4. And paste the WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini file here.
  5. Now WiFi is working and could be turned on without even rebooting your Redmi 4X device.

How to fix not working WiFi and Bluetooth on MIUI global 8.0.5.0 (MHRMIDG)

To fix WiFi and Bluetooth on Redmi Note 3 Pro you’ll need to do the following:

  1. First we need to flash Official MIUI Global 7.3.9.0 (MHRMIDE) using fastboot
  2. You’ll get a bootloop
  3. Press vol +, vol – and power button to enter test menu
  4. Check that all sensors work properly and turn off your device with a button in the bottom.
  5. Enter fastboot mode again
  6. Flash to native Android 6.0.1. Official MIUI global 8.0.5.0 (MHRMIDG)
  7. WiFi and Bluetooth is now working!
