Tutorial on how to register and use your Mi Account
Mi Account registration with E-mail:
- Visit https://account.xiaomi.com/pass/register
- Select the country, enter your e-mail, date of birth and optionally subscribe to a newsletter.
- Press “Create Mi Account”.
- The new window will show up, where you need to enter a password.
- Now check the e-mail you’ve entered, you should receive a confirmation letter.
- Activate your account by clicking the activation link.
Create Mi Account using your phone number:
- Go to https://account.xiaomi.com/pass/register
- Press “Create using a phone number”.
- Select the country, enter your phone number, date of birth and optionally subscribe to a newsletter.
- Press “Create Mi Account”.
- You should receive and SMS message with your verification code, enter it and press “Next”.
- Now create a password for your account.
- If everything was done correctly, you should see a smile face icon.

How to completely delete Mi-Account?
In case you want to completely remove your Mi-Account, here’s a short guide on how to do this. It’s recommended to use your PC. Before deleting your account you must remove all connected and synced devices.

- Now open this link https://account.xiaomi.com/pass/del
- Confirm the removal.
- Your account will be completely removed.
