First of all make sure you’ve unlocked bootloader device before continuing. If you’re not sure, check out website for unlocking guides.

  1. Download Platform-tools (adb/fastboot) and unpack downloaded archive to the new folder. To make everything easier, simply create “C:\adb”.
  2. Download Fastboot ROM version you want to flash and unpack downloaded ROM to “C:\adb”.
  3. Boot your device in fastboot mode.
  4. In “C:\adb” start the flash_all.bat file.
    1. NB! Don’t use flash_all_lock.bat if you have Chinese device model and you want to flash Global ROM.
    2. NB! You can use flash_all_lock.bat if you have EEA/Russia device and you want to flash Global ROM.
  5. Wait until installation is completed.

Known issues:

“Missmatching image and device”

In most cases, this error means that the ROM version you’ve downloaded does not match the smartphone model. But if you’re sure that you’ve downloaded the correct one, you can manually edit the .bat file, which I don’t recommend doing.

Antirollback check error / Current device antirollback version is greater than this package”

In case you’ve seeing this error after starting flash_all.bat, indicates that Android security patch version which is currently installed in newer than the one which is included in the ROM being installed. You can fix this by doing the following:

  1. Open the .bat file with text edit tool.
  2. Add new line in the begging of the file and add the following:
    • fastboot oem ignore_anti
  3. Save changes and try again.
